Webb Glass Engraved George V and Queen Elizabeth Coronation Coin Goblet

Engraved mark, 1937, no. 2/28, inscribed with monogram, archbishops and inscriptions in English and Gaelic, the lower part engraved with a lion mask and lion rampant, the stem with a hollow section enclosing a coin; and a gold embossed Kensington Palace leather folder with certificate of provenance.

The goblet 7 3/4 x 4 3/4 in. diam.  

Provenance:Sold, Christie's, London, June 14, 2006, Property of H.R.H. Princess Margaret, lot 314.


The goblet with minor wear in very good condition. The leather with a few scratches.
