Set with 1.00 carat of small round diamonds, marked '18k' and with European gold stamp.
Chain 20 in., pendant 1 1/4 in. diam., 66.3 dwts.
Note: In the style of Bulgari's Roman coin necklaces. The coin appears to be a tetradrachm of Antioch, struck in the name of Geta, c. 198-209. Geta was the younger brother of Caracalla (who ultimately had him murdered).
